The walls were full of spiders web and the house was very cold when we arrived and took 4 hours to get warm, and no hot water for that 4 hours. The location was very good easy to access and very calm. There was a bad smell when we entered the house like not being used for long time and the smell of bedding wasn’t pleasant it was too much.

Excellent location for visiting the Jurassic coast Comfortable accommodation. Some outdoor maintenance on this holiday site is needed. For example outdoor bollard light smashed and broken- hence quite dark in places Welcome pack a nice touch

Good size and great to have two single bedrooms. All basics included: bedding, cooking oil, condiments, toilet rolls, towels, games, books. Also welcome pack was nice touch. Shower reasonably powerful and small outside sitting area at front. 2 miles from Lyme Regis and Charmouth sea fronts. Nice quiet housing area location at rear at rear of hotel.
