Breakfast room service was wonderful. Beautiful high end hotel stay with extras like wine & cheese and milk and cookies. It was luxurious, very tucked away and private in the middle of the bustling town.

It was a good location. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size. I couldn’t find a single fault from booking in to booking out. First class.

The ladies on the reception are an absolute joy - Kim is so helpful and welcoming !! All of the staff were friendly. The hotel is situated perfectly for a stay in Charleston.

The location, the welcome reception, the complimentary glass of champagne on arrival, the complimentary wine and light buffet between 5:30-6:30, the complimentary bicycles, the huge very comfortable bed, the dressing gowns, the quiet, the included breakfast.
