When we arrived the caravan wasn't quite as clean as we were hoping. I tried to hoover up myself but the hoover wasn't working very well. I contacted Rachel and she acted on it straight away and couldn't have been more helpful. We really appreciated the prompt reply and how quickly everything was sorted. The caravan is in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach and the town. Would recommend for families of maybe 2 adults and children.

Exactly like the photos, very comfortable and very clean, beds made up for us on arrival even when we booked the earlier check in. Perfect communication, really cannot complain about anything
