The hotel is a real little pearl in Hanioti. Parking is available next to the hotel and in the surrounding streets. There is no parking fee. The rooms are clean and air-conditioned. The kitchen area in the room is well equipped for its level. All rooms have a terrace. The sliding door to the terrace has a mosquito net with a modern sliding solution. There is daily cleaning. The staff is very kind and helpful. Ideal for families on a self-catering holiday. Peaceful, quiet surroundings. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there. We were extremely satisfied with everything. If we ever holiday on this peninsula again we will definitely come here.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, the pool is a plus. The bed was large and comfortable. Good options for breakfast, snacks at the hotel and pool bar.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel in Hanioti! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you might need, yet peaceful enough to relax and truly enjoy your time. What made the stay even more special was the amazing host — incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for any questions or requests. You can really feel they care about their guests and want you to feel at home. A very special mention also goes to the lovely Georgian housekeeper — she keeps the place spotless and adds a warm, homely touch to the atmosphere. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference in my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanioti — whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
