The administrator was very kind and helpful. The apartment is very clean and nice. It is within a short walking distance to the old town, restaurants, groceries (mind that they are closed on weekends). There is a nice balcony to enjoy dinner or drinks. What was really great is private parking. We were a family of four and fully enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Ruby Luxury Suites was truly wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, very well cared for and exceptionally clean! Its location is ideal, right in the center of Chania, with easy access both to the Old Port and to the main streets with all the shops and cafés. What made our stay even more special was the staff: extremely polite, friendly and always ready to help us with anything we needed. They guided us, suggested places to visit and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

The apartments have regular cleaning service as in the hotel. I consider it as the huge advantage. And it was super-clean. It has also regular reception service in working hours. Location is fine - quiet and a few minutes walk from the beach/sea. The staff is super nice - the service is better than in 5* hotels. Kudos for you Costas!
