The villa is equipped with a heated pool. Please inform us at least 48 hours before your arrival if you wish to make use of this service. Please note that there is an additional charge of 70€ per day for the pool heating.Upon your arrival, please be informed of the following environmental fee applicable to your stay, which varies seasonally: from November to March, it is 4€ per night, while from April to October, the fee is 15€ per night.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Beautiful villa and excellent location with stunning views. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and the villa was great value for money. Such great food in all the restaurants we went to and a great day out at a beach club. Would definitely go back again and recommend to friends.

Beautiful property, excellent facilities, comfortable and clean. Anastasia perfect host. Great local restaurant Babis. Beautiful setting with ocean and Mountain View’s. Excellent location, peaceful but close enough to access Platanias and Chania. There were 10 in our party and plenty of space that we all had space to relax.

The villa is beautifully located with a brilliant view of the sea as well as the hills. The location offers a great deal of privacy and lots of space. The owner was very helpful and on-hand to answer any queries and really welcoming. Lots of amenities nearby with a supermarket and Beach a 6 min drive away.

The luxurious villa, it’s spacious grounds, the pool, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the BBQ area, the pool table, the cinema feel of the lounge, the shaded patio area. it was was a beautiful villa.
