The owner’s kindness, location of the hostel (almost strict centre of Chania), self-service, free water in the room (warm and cold), but the first is just the atmosphere and energy felt from the Landlord - she was really hospitable, she told us some history about the place. She also takes care of her guests well being and comfort

The best is the location. The building is old and with its own charm. It isn't hot so I didn't use the Aircon

The location of the rooms is very strategic, with an amazing view facing the old harbor. The procedure to check in was comfortable and allowed me to enter the room as soon as I arrived in the city, before the usual check-in time. Sophia was always available and very nice.

I had an emergency and lost my flight. The owner waited for me until 1:30 for me to get there and was kind and supportive the whole time. The people are what make greece amazing. And she was one of the best.
