The fine print
The use of pool heating system will cost an additional per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request and it requires at least one week advance notice).
Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The villa is stunning. The location is also excellent. The view is incredible and the sunset is probably one of the most beautiful you’ll see.

We loved everything. Totally speechless walking round the corner of the house and seeing that view for the first time. Everything was immaculate. The whole place was stunning. The host greeted us with a welcome gift and the keys. Etouri were always on hand to help us arrange taxis. We didn't bother hiring a car. The cafe next door was literally less than 30 seconds walk and the food was delicious. Two other cafes less than 10 mins away plus lots to do around the harbour. However once we arrived at the villa we really didn't want to leave. That view is tremendous. I can't recommend this place enough. Just book it.
