Really special accomodation in an old Venetian Palace, with very unique atmospehere. Katherina is amazing, she has an answer for everything. We enjoyed staying there with the long nice breakfasts on the terrace in the shadow of the lemon tree.

The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring Chania old town, bars and restaurants. Katerina on reception was exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming. She helped us booked tours to Balos/Elafanisi with repubatable and reliable companies, as well as recommended good restaurants. The room was spacious, bright and airy with good air con and great wifi. Very clean bathroom with a good shower and a nice big bed. We would definitely book here again!

Boutique Hotel Fortino is an amazing place to stay when visiting Chania. Katerina is an amazing hostess, she gave us tips on where to go and was quick to reply if we needed anything. Very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located in the cozy harbour, a great location, within walking distance of everything you need.
