They welcomed me beforehand to make sure I had reception opening times; they upgraded my room. They gave me much local Easter information; they helped with my luggage (no lift)' they escorted me to the taxi rank for the airport

Staff is very helpful and polite. They ensured that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Best location i would say. Suites are very nice and clean.
