The location, the size of the apartment, and the cleanliness of the complex and our room. We were greeted fairly early in the morning by Maria who was very accomodating, pleasant and eager to please. Her English is good and she made our stay very smooth. She was very quick to reply to our messages and concerns before arriving and she was always available during our stay. The beach and taverns are only a 5 minute walk away. And the communal washing machine was a blessing. A great place.

Amazing location, right next to a beach and close enough to the old town of Chania. Stores, restaurants - everything is close by. Room is cleaned every day, AC and big balcony. The staff are super helpful and lovely people. Thank you again for everything! (:

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family by Maria, the owner—warm, thoughtful, and always available with a smile (and even homemade jam!). The location couldn’t have been better. It’s literally a minute’s walk from Nea Chora’s beach and seafront tavernas, and about 10–15 minutes from Chania’s stunning Old Town. Opposite there is a car rental place, a pharmacy and some Mini-Marts and bakeries a short distance away. Our studio was spotless, surprisingly spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed—from a handy kitchenette to a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable, and small details like beach towels and umbrellas were a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was solid, and the ceiling fans worked perfectly during the hotter afternoons. The bathroom was small but very clean and functional. Would we stay here again? Without question. Thank you, Maria, for making our time in Chania so memorable.
