Breakfast was mediocre. Location was ok. Poor drainage as it was pouring rain and had to walk thru deep puddles to get to our room. The buildings are in disrepair. Pillows were all very big and hard, no variety. All in all its ok, but doesn't measure up to the reputation....

Location is great, right in the heart of downtown Chandler. Everything is at your doorstep. Nice swimming pool and gardens. History of hotel is interesting.

I like fact that it was a historical hotel and that there was a lot of history in the area. I also liked the amount of restaurant and shops near by and San Marcos golf course.
