Basic accommodation (which we expected). Everything you need for a snow holiday. the view from the balcony was exceptional.

Location was fantastic, easy access to slopes & a 10 minute walk for our daughter’s ski lessons. Brilliant view from our balcony. Staff extremely helpfull during our stay. Used the pool once & loved it during our stay. We stayed in apartment A74

Great ski location. Close to all amenities. Staff were helpful, although I did have to wait for 45minutes in reception queue to get some bedding and towels on arrival. From reading other reviews, it seems we were lucky that our room was clean on arrival. Kitchen was well equipped although no kettle or mugs so we boiled water in a saucepan and drank out of bowls (not ideal but made it work)
