The apartment has a wonderful view from the balcony and is ideal for two families. The facilities (pool, spa, garden, climbing wall) were great. Location is also very good, close to Chamonix city Centre, but quiet and green.

The property is what you see in the pictures, the pool area with sauna, hot tub and steam room are amazing after a days skiing. The apartment was perfect and the whole family loved staying there.

Superb location. Superb chalet with amazing views. The apartment is roughly a 15 minute walk to town centre along a nice forest path that runs close to a river. It's probably a little over a mile. The size of the apartment surprised us - larger than I had expected with good facilities and a superb aspect. The leisure centre underneath the apartment is an amazing bonus and was very quiet. There is a large pool, a hot tub, steam room and sauna.

The appartment is very clean and convenient. Full kitchen. 2 nice bathrooms. All feels new. It is by a small lake. Nice views. Indoor pool. It's about 2 km from the center, but very close to a nice promenade along the stream.
