The most important thing is the staff, responsive, everyone always smiles, they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is very convenient, absolutely everything is within walking distance including ski lifts to the mountain, shops, restaurants. I really liked everything, I was traveling alone, but it felt like home
