Spa opening hours: - Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please note that the spa (hammam/sauna) has unlimited access with the room. If you would like an appointment for a treatment, we advise you to contact the hotel.Please note that the spa is accessible upon prior reservation only and for 30 minutes.Due to COVID, the hammam and sauna are currently not accessible.Our relaxation area is open every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is composed of a Hammam and a Sauna. Your room reservation entitles you to unlimited access during opening hours. If you want a treatment appointment, we advise you to contact the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Had been substantially upgraded in recent years and bedrooms now well decorated with modern fittings. Very good restaurant with plenty of choice.

Comfortable bed and lovely cool air conditioning in the room - perfect for our stay when it was very hot! Good breakfast options. Hotel is slightly out of the historic centre so a short walk to the heart of the city, but this means it is easily accessible by road or rail. On site parking was very useful, although quite tight.

Exceptional. The husband & wife team that run the bar & restaurant were fantastic & made our stay. Also my husband lost his heart stone & some nice person handed it in to reception so we were able to get it back. Thank u so muchxx
