Friendly staff, they accommodated us with a late check-out, grab-n-go breakfast included (nice sur’rise), water, coffee, that was all nice. Bed comfortable, clean, no cockroaches, mini fridge.

The ladies at the reception were so friendly... Little bit far away from downtown but if you have car, you can reach the french market area like 15 20 minutes... and you can park there much easier than downtown and you can walk through French Market and Rhe Bourbon St... We loved New Orleans and the hotel as well... The fee is good compare to other downtown hotels for sure.

The room smelled nice and was clean. Everything worked perfectly. It was my second time at this hotel therefore I knew what to expect and this time didn't fall short of my expectations with regards to cleanliness.
