The family operating this beautiful cottage were incredible. The accommodations were first rate, the food excellent and the grounds beautiful. Everyone was so charming and caring. We felt like cousins as we were treated so incredibly. We loved this place!!!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and the host was very quick to respond to all my messages which I really appreciated. The garden is perfect for relaxation, the pool is not heated so only good in hot weather. Daily cleaning. Spacious room and bathroom. I was really happy to know they offer drinks and snacks during lunch and dinnertime. You pay extra for them but if you're in a hurry or not in the mood to go out in search for food, it's a great option. The house is perfect if you have a car but a taxi/remis can also be arranged by the host. There are some nice wineries within walking distance as well. I took a 40 min stroll to Nieto Senetiner for lunch, most of it on the bicycle lane that doubles as a sidewalk. The centre of Chacras is also not far.
