Centrally-located, Pension U Tří Sedláků is just 100 metres from the Piaristic Square and Virgin Mary Church. The guest house features a restaurant that serves traditional Czech cuisine. The guest house is self service, no staff. Electronic door handles with access code.

The 16th century Black Tower is 100 metres away. Boat trips and cycling and hiking trails to Hluboka nad Vltavou are accessible in 5 minutes’ walk. The Budejovicky Budvar Brewery and Ceske Budejovice Train Station can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
The pension (house) is not suitable for storing bicycles, there is no place to store bicycles.

Excellent location in the old town, with a quite good pub in the ground floor of the house. Rooms are big enough, beds are comfortable. No staff on site, but all the necessary information about arriving (eg. PIN codes) and leaving were communicated in time, and precisely. The do not serve breakfast, but there are pretty good cafes and bakeris nearby

Great location (in the city centre, everything you need is nearby). Little Common area where you can make tra/coffee, really nice! Clean. Self check in. No free parking (only for 15 minutes to get your luggage in) but you can park about 15 minutes away for a good rate (public car park). Mini fridge in the room and a fan! Great for the summer :)
