WE LOVED IT! We loved everything about it. The place is literally heaven. You wouldn't need to go out because everything you need is already there (tennis court, basketball court, infinity pool, etc.) But what makes it really special is the owner. He is really really nice and allowed us to have a visitor and even gave us a nice parting gift ( a bottle of Croatian wine, a box of chocolate for our little one) He have a lovely wife and a cute grandson. We hope to come back next summer, as the place is simply THE BEST! Thank you Mati for sharing your haven with us! Really made our holiday truly special :) I would really miss the private beach.

Very kind hosts. It is not just an appartment, it's the whole resort. There are several common areas with different leisure activities (tennis, basketball, football, pool, darts, snooker, paddle boat...). The appartment is very clean and well equipped with a nice terrace. Direct access to the beach. Very suitable for families with kids. Definitely coming back at earliest convenience.

Fantastic place to spend relaxing but also active time. Amazing views over the sea from the apartment as well as the swimming pool. Large common space area for the guests (at the pool with a closed sitting area as well as with the bar with beverages and drinks - self service).In addition, billard and tennis and basketball play options). The fact there are 4 apartments only makes it a very private stay as in such a big area people just can not crowd... Our apartment no. 4 was lovely and spacious, the great patio with a dining table and rattan furniture set was cherry on the cake (even during a storm you could enjoy the views as the glass doors that could be easily closed when the weather is not so good).

Very quiet location, great to relax around a lovely pool and fantastic view. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Room balcony superb place in morning for a coffee. Enjoyed a trip to Pag island, recommend Providenca beach restaurant at Simuni beach. Favourite restaurant in town of Karlobag was OK Karlobag, lovely service and food.
