The location near the beach, good swimming pool and the house is recent and comfortable. The air conditioning is very good.

We recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, our experience wasn’t as pleasant as we had hoped. One of the main issues we encountered was a significant ant problem, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy our time there. Additionally, the place could benefit from better maintenance and a more thorough cleaning. There were areas that clearly needed attention, both in terms of cleanliness and general upkeep. With some improvements in pest control, maintenance, and cleanliness, this property has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

Really good location, close to Cefalu (short drive - a car is necessary). Lovely green surroundings. Accommodation was spacious with outside space up&downstairs. All beds were comfortable and those in the bedrooms didn’t get any mosquito bites meaning that the repellent in the rooms is effective!

Everything was amazing. Owner Massimo is the kindest and most helpful person ever. He waited for us to welcome us and give us tips what we should visit in area. Apartament was clean and well equipped. Everything what necessary was there, rooms were big and air conditioning worked perfectly. We had a clean pool with all facilities (sun beds, umbrellas). Area around was stunning, garden well-groomed and views - breath-taking. We had a parking with cameras for our car and very easy and close way to the beach.
