I like the view at night, very comfy. Handy access, don't have to bring the keys all the time with me as we just used the door codes.

This location is superb. You are surrounded by mountains, palm trees, clean air, and nature. It feels like a secret location away from the city and the taxi literally £1 to get in or out. You have il'Corso just across the street (another secret location) where there are restaurants/markets right next to the sea and the food is fresh. There's always live music, and tons of food and restaurants that is very very affordable. You can walk along the pier at night time it feels magical. You can see huge ships and sunsets while eating outdoors. You then have SM seaside just down the road which made life sooo easy (there is also a supermarket inside if you need anything). This really is an amazing condo for view, peace, nature, comfort and to slip in and out of the city. You can easily access the carbon market for fresh fruits and vegetables and eggs. You can easily get to mango St for clubs and bars, and to get to the colon market is so cheap. Perfect affordable location if you want this type of amazing lifestyle to literally live/retire in the Philippines. The security is amazing. The door has a pin code rather than a card or keys. The apartment owner is a superhero. I had a fever and he sent a driver to give me food, medicine and messaging me if my health is okay. I cannot put into enough word how everything is outstanding. The swimming pool is so nice, the staff are so generous. And everyone makes it feel homely. Also taxi you can get it from il.corso where driver pull in or you can go to Nustar and the guards will happily pull a taxi for you for your safety and they don't take tip. 10,000/10

Very clean, and exceptionally maintained condominium., bedrooms, were really nice, and the whole place was very spacious. Air conditioning was nice and quiet and electronic lock on the door was really good as well because I didn’t have to carry keys with me. Overall 10/10
