Great room full of amenities, we didn't check if everything worked since we only stayed for one night before departure on to further travelling but the AC worked like a charm. We were greated at the reception of the building and taken ro our floor and to our room. The staff , meaning the young girl that took our booking money and accompanied us was really friendly, smiling and polite. The building has a pool and private security working 24/7. Also 7/11 right in front of the main door, gym and several bars and restaurants. Walking around as a turist in cebu might be risky if you don't know where you are going but apart from the ocasional drunk or local scammer, we felt safe walking around the area since its uptown and theres pleanty of police. The view from the windows on the top floors was brilliant. The location its perfect for short stays or family bookings and further more, great location since it's only about 5 euro grab travel to both North or South bus stations of cebu city, and about 10 euros grab fare from the airport. Will definitely come back before departure from cebu airport on our way back.

The room is in the form of an apartment in an apartment. It has its own kitchen and kitchenware. You even have to buy water for an empty kitchen from outside. There is a nice shopping mall and a big market in the city center a short distance away. Wifi is good. Old armchairs and beds. The bathroom is very old but there is hot water.
