LOVE the location, it is literally within the heart of the city, very near restaurants, pasalubong centers, very walkable. LOVE the staff support, Mr John the receptionist and the support staff helped us with the room upgrade and additional bed. LOVE the size of the room, the family room is big and can accommodate 5 people.

Staff friendly and welcoming/helpful, the room was functional ie good hot water, clean towels and sheets, good TV, functional AC, spare toilet roll...its the silly small things that count 1L Red horse beer for 150 pesos to enjoy in the sun on the roof garden/ terrace Top room has direct access to roof area, tables/chairs for quiet evening drink, enjoy City Vista
