The location was perfect for us as we had our own transport, and it was far enough from the hub bub of the township to be beautifully peaceful! But we could still see the balloons overhead! Our day host - Ismail was just delightful, super engaging, and very helpful!! And the other staff were very obliging as well, with breakfast being an absolute treat, full of goodies! Lovely place, lovely stay, lovely people!!!! Thank you from two kiwis! 😁

Everything. From the staff who were very friendly and welcoming. The manager even allowed me to stay in my room past my check out time. The breakfast was so delicious. I love everything about this hotel. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our two night stay in Jacobs' cave suites. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely and the bathroom was excellent with our own turkish bath area. Nice terrace with a seating area perfect for photos. Great view of balloons. Amazing spread for breakfast with great attention to detail.
