The name on the reservation also must match the name of the guest checking in. If the guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in. Failure to provide valid payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in.All 2 Bedroom 2 King Mountain View Suites are located on the 2nd floor with no elevator access.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. everything is as good as you can get anywhere, that good we booked another night and lost the deposit on the next hotel we where due to go to. Brad on the main desk was totally helpful throughout and as a traveler from the UK his assistance in helping us was a credit to the hotel.

To be honest we were going to cancel as it was a little further than we expected from Vegas. However OH MY what a wonderful decision to stay, rooms are HUGE, well equipped and so comfortable. The pool is divine and open late!
