The apartment on the top floor is recently renovated, very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need. It has a small balcony, large bathroom, comfortable bed. Quick access with new elevator - you don't come into contact with the rest of the building. It is very well positioned, close to the center, but also to the train/bus station. Cristian was an excellent host.

First of all, a host! Cristian was very helpful, friendly and open to answer any our question or meet the request. The apartment is new, fresh and very cozy. We are the fans of green and tropical style, so felt very comfortable and at home there. There's a very nice patio at the entrance to this b&b - perfect plsce to spend mirning hours there with a cup of tea or coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in tye evening. Unfortunately, we were not lucky with the westher, so couldn't enjoy this area. Location is perfect - just 10 min by walk to the city centre. It was our second time in Catania, we will definitely come back and will certainly consider to stay here again! Its a nice feeling to be taken care of! :) thank you, Cristian! Pietro and Victoria

Best Host I had on my vacation!! Lots of good tips and chats. :) Very nice roof top terrace. Apartment is in good condition and as seen on the pictures (no bad suprises/ very old photos). Very clean.
