Great experience. Owner contacted us a day before arrival with all information. On arrival they met us explaining everything we need. Owners are living nearby on property so every thing you need you can ask and are very friendly. Apartment seems was renewed recently and very clean (photos of the apartment published on booking.com are real and as you get it), parking if you have your own car or rented is inside the property and secure. Some work to do every time to open and close the gate to enter or get out with the car but once you are there in center of Catania you can see the advantage comparing to leave your car on the street. Wifi internet router in the apartment with great bandwidth (abt. 300/300 Mbits) which was important for me needing to do some work for the job during the stay. Negative I think have nothing to say. Higly recomended for the price. Would book again when returning to Catania.

The place is great, comfortable and has all that is needed. Owners lovely and very helpful. Also has a car space which is a big bonus in that area due to limited parking. Only 15 mins walk from main streets.

The parking was just brilliant behind locked doors. It had a full kitchen and a washing machine. It was very quiet and very relaxing. Lots of room to move around. Wifi was brilliant. Keyless entry. It was about a 15 minute walk into the city centre and a 3 minute walk to the grocery store. The owner was extremely helpful. Great stay.
