The staff were hospitable, helpful, friendly and the hotel was immaculate. A freshly baked cake on arrival was also a lovely touch!

It was an old Palazzo. It was possible to park inside the courtyard next to Hotel. Sara was exceedingly kind and thoughtful and came in early the next morning to help with our luggage. On our arrival she also helped us with additional help from some men cleaning on site. Really appreciated.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. A unique property with the most welcoming staff you’ve ever met. Seriously can’t recommend this place enough. When we go back at Catania we will absolutely stay here.
