The apartment was very cosy, very welcoming & very clean. We found food items in the kitchen in case we needed to eat and the kitchen was well equipped. There was also a washing machine. The apartment was easily accessible, on foot and by car. A very important thing was the fact that we had a private parking space always reserved for us. The metro station was a few metres away, and the bus stop was just outside the property. Salvo, the host, was very nice, always answered my queries in the weeks preceding our holiday within minutes and he was very punctual on our arrival. We would definitely return!

Great location, close to bus routes and restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was well kitted out with everything you need.

We would have happily stayed for more than 5 nights. Lift. Spacious, modern, cosy apartment. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms. Safe building. Secure, free, closed parking. The centre is in walking distance - 1,5 km - but several buses run towards the center, the stops are in front of the building. Underground is also available, the stop is 300 m. Busy street, but the windows are perfectly soundproofed. Do not expect quietness, Catania is a busy, Sicilian city:) There are various shops in the area (food, fish, pizza, vegetables..)
