The apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need, which would save carrying a lot of luggage. It is ideal for a couple and we really liked it. You don't have to bring coffee, shampoos, soaps, laundry detergent and quite a few other things. The hosts have made sure to pamper their guests with extra conveniences like water in the fridge, a bottle of wine, etc. These little things make an impression. They have written a very detailed guide to everything you might need, including what you can visit in Catania and good restaurants. We didn't like Catania itself that much. Despite the ancient buildings and cultural monuments that are interesting to visit, the city is quite dirty and littered with rubbish, which creates a bad smell almost everywhere. But if you're thinking of visiting it, we recommend to stay at Dimora. The city centre and Duomo are about a 15 minute walk away which makes the apartment suitable for people who have no problem walking on foot. There is a bus from the airport to the Duomo, but we do not recommend carrying large suitcases on foot to the apartment as the road goes uphill and is uncomfortable.

Great location, close to the main square and supermarkets just 2 minutes away. Very comfortable bed, quiet and nice bathroom. Owners were very lovely and even allowed me to leave luggage in and check out late.
