The hotel and room were immaculate in an excellent location in Cat Ba. Spacious room with a nice view overlooking the lake. Friendly, helpful staff who booked transfers back to Hanoi. Would definitely stay here if I visited Cat Ba again.

We got upgraded to a better room. The initial room was not that great, very small, cold and dimm lights. Was not comfy. But the new room was much better. That one we enjoyed. The staff was very helpful everytime we asked something.

The room looked like the photos and was clean and spacious. We stayed here for a couple days and we really liked our stay. Breakfast was included in the price, we ordered a few dishes from the menu during breakfast hours and it was pretty good. The property has an elevator. Overall, the great value for money.

The position overlooking the lake, away from the main building work in Cat Ba The proximity to town and restaurants. Nam at reception is English speaking and will book anything for you - we warmed to him during our stay even though he didn't seem very welcoming on arrival. The hotel luckily is situated in one of the only sites in town which doesn't have a construction site in front of it. Our room was a lake and street view which was probably the best view.
