It's located near the center of the town. You can also rent the motorbikes at the hotel. Staff will arrange trips to Halong Bay and any other location you want to go. I went from Cat Ba to Ha Giang, no problem at all. The pickup is in front of the hotel.

We liked this place a lot even though we spend there only one night. The room was big, clean and nice. The bathroom was also very big and clean. It was quiet and comfy. Great value for money.

We booked a tour with the staff, which was great, and a bus to Ninh Binh. They also provided breakfast, that was simple but satisfactory. They offered us more blankets as the nights were cold when we were staying.
