Everything! We stayed at other floating home stays in the area, but this was by far the best!! The atmosphere, service, food, facilities are all really good. Plenty of patio space to hang out and you can freely use their kayaks and paddle boards. There was an amazing communal atmosphere, and we got to meet a lot of wonderful people. The rooms are relatively spacious, with nice bathrooms and aircondition. The location is exceptional as well. Sheltered from the boat traffic and village, you really feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere.

What a unique peaceful floating homestay in Lan Ha Bay. Such a serene place to spend the night away from the noise of Cat Ba. We were picked up from Ben Beo Harbour in a little local boat, only 5 minutes to the homestay. We enjoyed swimming in Lan Ha Bay and using the free kayaks in the afternoon. The dinner provided in the evening was very tasty and enjoyable. We had a lovely evening sitting on the deck chatting to three other guests under the fairy lights and dark skies. The host also booked us on a super day boat tour around Lan Ha Bay I would also recommend. The tour picked us up directly from the homestay, an added bonus. A very authentic experience.

Amazing architectural design of different cosy places to hang out. Breakfast was served separately from other guests allowing for privacy but dinner (optional at extra cost but highly recommended!) was served as a group, allowing for ice breakers with the other guests.

Ling, who managed everything on the homestay, was absolutely amazing... The property was so unique, and such a great experience!
