The room was spotless, and the bathroom/shower was exceptionally spacious and clean—this was a major highlight for me, especially after staying in some cramped hostels. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. I changed my booking to a shorter stay, and they gladly provided a refund. The location was also excellent; situated on top of a hill, it was away from the noise of downtown.

The staff notified me in advance about the weather in Cat Ba island. Thanks to him, I brought an extra jacket, and I am very pleased with this support. Additionally, he helped me call a taxi . A small tip: ask the receptionist about beautiful places in Cat ba island, and he will guide you.

The bed was pretty comfy. The central location with the fantastic Casa Bonita next door. The reasonable room rate. The staff’s responsiveness and friendliness. A lift to your floor.

The receptionist and owner is wonderfully kind, always with a smile, and incredibly helpful with any issues. Despite having a young daughter He clearly loves, he works hard to keep the place clean and running smoothly.
