We booked two double rooms for the evening before we were due to travel from East Midlands Airport, the hotel is a ten minute drive away, easy to find and has good parking facilities. The communication from the owners beforehand was excellent and we had no trouble finding or accessing the property, which was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a really well stocked kitchen where you could help yourself to refreshments and breakfast. It's a little gem of a place and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and stay again !

It was very modern and clean and the facilities were great. I've never been to a hotel like this before so it was different but lovely.
