Everything about this accommodation is perfect. Let’s start with the hosts – they are incredible. Helpful, kind, welcoming, generous, and always ready to answer your questions. Every morning, you receive a sample of jam, olive oil, homemade Nutella, etc. – products from their own farm. You can pick vegetables and herbs from their large garden, and even collect fresh eggs. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with two toilets (one adapted for people with disabilities), air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Outside, there’s a magnificent swimming pool with loungers, inflatable toys, and sunbeds. The hot tub is located next to a relaxing garden, where hammocks are strung between the trees and loungers are available for relaxing. The town centre is nearby, about 2.5 km away. The historic center is beautiful, small, and has excellent restaurants. In town, you’ll find a Coop, EuroSpin, Lidl, etc. On our way to the accommodation, we visited Siena, and during our stay, we visited Assisi and Perugia!

Where to start! I’m concerned about giving the glowing review it deserves as a part of me would like to keep this little jewel a secret but having gotten to know the owners I couldn’t do them such a disservice. The apartments are first class offering every convenience… the whole place feels more like a classy resort than an agriturismo apartment….. from the fact that you are encouraged to pick the local produce and collect fresh eggs… can you think of any place that lets you do that ? And all free of charge. The owner, his partner and family are just the friendliest most helpful people. I was presented with a lovely bottle of Prosecco for my birthday and the sentiment and well wishes were so genuine. We are already planning our return. We have holidayed in this region for the last 35 years Even hosting my daughter’s wedding at Panicale so we know the area and what’s on offer really well and I have no hesitation in telling you to BOOK!!! You will not be disappointed!

Everything. We have very sadly left this morning from the most incredible fortnight. We have already made plans to return next year as have other guests who were there at the same time. The property was immaculate in every sense of the word. The apartment was beautiful, clean, modern and has fabulous air con. The grounds and the pool are incredible you really feel like you are staying at a five star resort. Andry and his family welcome you with open arms and give a fabulous tour on arrival. Many surprises that I will not ruin for future guests, just know that they are amazing!!! You leave not feeling like a guest but like a friend. We cannot wait till next year.
