The fine print
Please communicate the exact number of guests after booking. Please note that the price includes final cleaning. A towel change per person is performed after 4 nights, and a change of bed linen and towels per person takes place after 7 nights. Reception closes at 22:00. Guests arriving later are asked to inform the hotel in advance, otherwise, entry to the apartments cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the WiFi is only available next to the reception and in the restaurant.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Close to Gardaland and other attractions. Animation for kids (waterpolo, disco. circus), playground. not expensive restaurant at swiming pool. Option to buy cheaper Gardaland tickets at reception. Very comfortable beds.

I recently returned from one of the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and beautifully located. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. We enjoyed stunning views, delicious food, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Every activity was well-organized, and there was a perfect balance between exploring and relaxing. Whether it was walking along the beach, trying local dishes, or just soaking in the sun, every moment felt special.
