The location was perfect. Castelmola was a lovely town to stay in for visiting Taormina in the day and returning to a quieter but still sufficiently bustling place with fabulous views and plenty of lovely restaurants and bars to spend the evening without the busy feel and tourist traps of Taormina. The free shuttle bus was a short 15 minute trip down to Taormina. And very convenient saving us taking the car. The hotel was really well kept and clean. The staff were so friendly, obliging and hard working. The pool area was wonderful with stunning views of the surrounding hills and Etna. The pool was refreshing and clean.

Cute little stay in Castemola. Loved the town and its main square. In particular Maxim restaurant. Order a pizza, you won’t regret it. Perfect place to stay to avoid the business of Taormina, whist being a bus ride away for day trips. Hotel had a lovely pool to enjoy whilst having the prettiest view of Mount Etna.
