The fine print
When booking 10 or more rooms, please note the following conditions apply : full upfront prepayment, non-amendable and also non-refundable in case of cancellation.Please note that guests must be at least 16 years of age in order to be allowed to access and use all the SPA facilities. All Spa services including the Thalassotherapy circuit require a booking with advance (the Spa team must be contacted to do so). The Thalassotherapy circuit includes use of the treatment pool, turkish bath and sauna and costs 20€ per person, per access. The hotel does not have an indoor swimming pool.The Spa is open daily, however on festive dates and bank holidays the opening times might be limited or the facilities might even be closed. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.Please note that late check-out subject to availability and additional charges.Children aged 11 and below are not allowed in the Belvedere Ristorante area.Hotel guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary coffee at any of the bars on site.Please note that between 01/08/2025 to 31/08/2025 the following facilities are unavailable: The Thalassotherapy circuit and Turkish bathPlease note that Sauna will be unavailable from 01/08/2025 to 31/08/2025.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. My partner and I stayed in the deluxe room and it was so dreamy! Massive room with massive bed and really pretty, traditional design. The air con was really good and quiet as well. Breakfast was amazing with loads of options and yummy food. Used the gym and pool which were both lovely too and always managed to get a sunbed :)

The hotel is very beautifully designed. The service was just exceptional; every little thing that we asked was taken seriously. The breakfast was amazing! Rich and tasty.
