Great location, excellent customer service, friendly staff, spacious room with an amazing view, comfy bed, good breakfast, heated outdoor pool, and so on.

Spacious room, very clean, easy to walk to major tourist sites. Lovely lounge on top floor with stunning view, but strange that food and drinks were only available for limited hours.

Smoothest check-in I've ever seen and polite, helpful staff overall. Decent breakfast (including soups) and a clean, upgraded room with views. Room-service food was okay and not too pricey. Lounge bar upstairs has nightly shows, cozy ambience and good tea. Luggage storage was nicely streamlined.
