It was my first visit, they upgraded me from a junior to a deluxe suite which was very kind and welcoming. I needed to run some errands, they accepted to keep my suitcase after checkout which was an incredible service. Very attentive and welcoming !

Really it was very nice stay for 1 week. Service was very good and all the staff were very friendly and very cooperative. All reception staff and restaurant staff were very cooperative during my stay. Specially thanks to Mr. Abdul Samad at reception was very helpful and very professional person. I appreciate all the staff to caring me very well during my stay.

I like the hotel very much , the room was clean actually the entire hotel was clean ,and the reception in the night was very helpful with the baby bed ,specially the security of the night Si Mohamed was very helpful in the midnight and of course for taking care of our security and our cars . The reception staff and the morning and in the night both was very friendly and helpful . The breakfast was good but can be better if they do buffet . Very close to twin and city centre ,the parking was available.
