Space, facilities, cleanliness, two balconies, shared but quiet pool which felt like our own, location close to town centre and beach, amazing hiking and running routes along the coast - everything was great and Teresa responded exceptionally quickly and efficiently when we needed her help.

We really enjoyed our 11 day stay and would happily return. The location is about 5 minute walk to the beach - and no hills to navigate getting there. The spacious apartment is on the 3rd floor (the lift makes it easy to get up & down) had comfortable beds and everything else we needed. The front terrace overlooking the street was great for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, while the back terrace overlooking the pool area was also good for evening snacks in the sun. Even though it was April with mixed showery weather we also enjoyed the swimming pool. There are some smaller supermarkets in Carvoeiro and two large supermarkets (InterMarche & Apolonia) less than 10 mins drive away. Also, our kind host let us check out late which we very much appreciated.

The apartment was amazing. So central to the centre of Carvoeiro and the beach there. There are some lovely restaurants right beside the apartment. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, the balcony to the front for breakfast in the morning was amazing and then another balcony at the back for the evening sun. It felt completely safe and the owner was lovely to deal with. We had a lovely time.
