Near Clube Golfemar there is a construction area being developed, therefore there might be some noise during the week days.There is a swimming pool on the complex which is owned by the on site restaurant.There is a charge of 5 Euro per person per day to hire a sunbed (children do not pay)There is no charge to use the swimming pool.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Everything ! Villa was so lovely, spotlessly clean, big, and spacious, and the rooftop area was awesome 👌 The place is very close to all amenities and a very short Uber ride into Carvoeiro itself (about€3-€4 euros). We found Carvoerio lovely and more Portuguese than nearby towns and plenty of top quality bars/restaurants. Plenty of wonderful beaches nearby too or if you need a pool with all the amenities, food, drink etc then the Lighthouse Bar on the complex is excellent, only €5 euros to hire a sun bed for the day and the staff were excellent and so friendly and again the food was top notch. Communication with the owners was excellent and would definitely recommend this wonderful place to anyone. Thanks Again

Location was great, near loads of activities and you could easily walk or use the car.

It was well positioned, within walking distance to the beach (20 mins) and not far from the village with its lovely shops and restaurants. It was spacious and clean and quiet. The pool area and Lighthouse Bar and Restaurant were great.
