The experience was great. We where there during the September flooding rainstorm and where stuck inside for 2 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful the whole time. We would definitely consider visiting again in the future.

Front desk person, Donald was very friendly & informative! We had several conversations with him. Room had plenty of storage, plug in station for phones, computers etc....full length mirror in room , places to hang clothes, wet towels & drawer space...we had a small Keurig! We loved the walk in shower with glass doors! Had plenty of towels! WILL STAY HERE AGAIN

I love staying at Golden Sands, it is a smaller hotel but has fantastic views, beachfront! Staff is very nice. Rooms have been redone and are very cute. It is not a Marriot or Hampton Inn so you can't compare them to that but it is a great family place to stay. I travel alone a lot and feel very safe here!
