Welcomed on arrival, basic but clean room with everything we needed for a budget 2 night break.10 mins walk from town centre. Would stay again if I ever need to be in Carlisle.

We stayed for a festival good location honest information on web site! We had a night cap in the pub which was nice ! Thought room might be noisy but wasn't! When I got in to bed the first thing that hit me was the lovely fresh smell of the bedding! Comfortable bed we both slept well! Only thing shower was cold but enough to freshen up! Will definitely stay again
