By booking to stay with us, you agree to comply to the following terms and conditions:1. No stag, hen or same-sex parties allowed.
2. No loud music or noise after 11 PM.
3. No smoking or vaping inside the property - any evidence of this will result in a £100 fine
4. No illegal activities allowed on the premises. This includes any type of illegal drug use, prostitution, or any other criminal activity.
5. Only registered guests are allowed in/on the property. Any additional visitors must be pre-approved by the host.
6. Check-in and check-out times must be strictly adhered to unless otherwise agreed upon with the host, otherwise a fine will be charged.
7. Small to medium sized pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Additional charges apply. You must them to your booking. Please review our pet rules document once your booking is confirmed for guidance on bringing pets to the house.Any violation of the above rules may result in fines as described and/or immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
