The property was very clean indeed. The beds were very comfortable and so we slept well. There was lots of storage space in the kitchen and the fridge was a good size too. The living room was very spacious with two comfy sofas and the dining room was very nice with plenty of seating. The bathroom/wet room was very spacious and the shower was excellent and again all was very clean inside e.g; sink, toilet and bidet. Cilgerran Castle is very close and the village shop is even closer and stocks most essentials there, and it's open late so we found it was really useful. On the last day we had ordered some freshly made sandwiches to take with us and they were delicious. You can walk into Cardigan town via the wildlife centre, but be warned that the pathway there does get flooded when the tide is high. I walked there in early morning and had to find a different route. I've shown a picture of the flooding at the wildlife centre pathway. Many thanks to our hosts who made this stay so enjoyable, we would love to return.😊

There was a very thoughtful package of milk, tea, coffee, Welsh teacakes and a very welcome bottle of Chardonnay. We could turn on the boiler when we wanted to boost the heating or hot water. The view of the large garden was lovely. It was very peaceful there after a hectic weekend of a wedding up the road. Dai next door was very friendly. The off road parking was great. We hope to go back one day.
