The room was the basic double but I have to say such a beautiful clean room bright and crisp colours view was stunning staff was so pleasant polite and really made me feel at home all in all loved it

The buffet breakfast was a bit cold. The drink list was pricey for our budget. The breakfast staff were super efficient, friendly and co-operative. The reception staff were helpful. The pool area, the sauna and jacuzzi was clean. The family changing rooms were a bit small. The room we stayed in was spotless, there was plenty of space for a family of four and the beds were comfortable. Location was good for us to explore different parts of Cardiff. It was easy to drive home west onto the M4 motorway.

Staff on front desk were great and ladies at breakfast were so lovely. The room was nice, shower is great. Pool, sauna and hot tub was really lovely.

The bed and pillows were so comfy, easy to park, great pub downstairs and the staff were so friendly and helpful!!
