Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive after 19:00.The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon and overnight.On Sunday and public holidays, the hotel is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00.A valid credit card is necessary to guarantee your booking.Pets are welcome at property, 6 EUR extra fee per night and per pet applies.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. I liked the location a lot in the heart of Carcassone. Everything was easy to get too. Aldi across the road, Lidl minutes away with a Burger King and more. Airport ten minute walk. Hotel a bit basic and they could do it up a bit better to really appeal. Otherwise good.

The rooms are basic but this is expected as the hotel is functional and just to spend the night in while in transit. We arrived late and although the automatic key machine was not working, when we called the hotel we had access to the key through another method.
